CUTTING ROTORS

Cutting rotors are rotating cutting rollers used in granulating mills and recycling machines. Cutting rotors made from a single piece can withstand greater stress during the shredding process. Cutting rotors in a fully equipped design are equipped with matching shear blades, which can be replaced when worn, while the shaft remains intact. Cutting rotors and granulating blades made from a single piece, as well as shear blades, are machine components and can be efficiently resharpened several times, thus balancing their cost-effectiveness.
